My son and his mate were out on bike adventure these holidays. They couldn't fix their flat and dropped into Trek. Amazing service! They needed a new tube for the bike. Only took 20mins and $27. Trek didn't muck the boys around or over charge them. Thank you for great service and we will be back to purchase our next upgrade from you guys.

Today I picked up my new Trek Checkpoint aluminium gravel bike and I was served by Jack. Jack was extremely polite, friendly, super knowledgeable about basically everything I asked about, and could not have been more helpful, thankyou Trek Windsor a very happy senior cyclist!!

New Domane had a rear hub failure today 16km into my ride. Walked 3ish km to Trek & explained the issue. Bike up on stand problem diagnosed new wheel added with my gears, brakes & tyres. Off again on my ride. That’s what customer service is all about. Thanks Team Trek.

I have purchased a number of high end mountain bikes from Trek Bicycle Windsor. Gavin, Norbert, Chantale and the team are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure we received the product and the support we were looking for.
