My son and his mate were out on bike adventure these holidays. They couldn't fix their flat and dropped into Trek. Amazing service! They needed a new tube for the bike. Only took 20mins and $27. Trek didn't muck the boys around or over charge them. Thank you for great service and we will be back to purchase our next upgrade from you guys.

Today I picked up my new Trek Checkpoint aluminium gravel bike and I was served by Jack. Jack was extremely polite, friendly, super knowledgeable about basically everything I asked about, and could not have been more helpful, thankyou Trek Windsor a very happy senior cyclist!!

New Domane had a rear hub failure today 16km into my ride. Walked 3ish km to Trek & explained the issue. Bike up on stand problem diagnosed new wheel added with my gears, brakes & tyres. Off again on my ride. That’s what customer service is all about. Thanks Team Trek.

I have purchased a number of high end mountain bikes from Trek Bicycle Windsor. Gavin, Norbert, Chantale and the team are very helpful and go the extra mile to make sure we received the product and the support we were looking for. Definitely my favourite local bike shop in the greater Brisbane Region. Highly recommended. Great staff, great products, great shop, thanks.

I wasn't thinking about getting a Trek, but Trek was the only bike shop which took me on a River Loop test ride. Too hard to say no once you see how passionate Norbert is about cycling. Lucky my wife didn't mind about the price tag.

Went in for some advice on my bikes breaks and even though it was an unfamiliar brand they gave me some good information and cleaned my brakes for me.
Also had a brief chat, very friendly and helpful people.

Norbert is always super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. From the moment the doors to the store open, he welcomes you by name, and nothing is ever a problem or too much to ask. I normally live in New Zealand however really only have dealings with Trek and Norbert as his customer service is second to none.

Fantastic service and a great team!
The bikes we wanted weren’t available initially, but Norbert went out of his way to get them ready earlier than expected. When I had to return to fix a tyre puncture, Gavin was incredibly patient and took the time to show me how to do it myself. Really awesome crew! Friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely keen to help. Highly recommend!

Earlier on I had a different bike shop be extremely rude when I wanted my ebike tire repaired but when I went here they were super helpful!

Fantastic service at Trek by Norbert, Gavin, Conrad and the team. I've bought bikes and had several services done here. Have always been helpful and professional. Their mechanic Jack even gave me a tow back last weekend from Woody Point.

After the past 5 years of buying random bike parts from other competitors (of those times them rarely even being applicable to my bike) and hours of fiddling and matching things from youtube because I’ve never been able to find any assistance. I made the choice to try Trek, I was greeted and helped within in seconds and the mechanic (Gavin) asked me questions relevant to my bike to get me what I needed. Later that day I had troubles installing the chain and again, was greeted by Gavin, where he stopped what he was doing and helped me (totally didn’t have to) - this is by far the best shopping experience I’ve had when it comes to something I’m unfamiliar with. I will definitely be back and really appreciate all the team members help
