Fantastic service at Trek by Norbert, Gavin, Conrad and the team. I've bought bikes and had several services done here. Have always been helpful and professional. Their mechanic Jack even gave me a tow back last weekend from Woody Point.

Norbert at Trek Windsor is the best dude. His knowledge and understanding of what you want is an asset to that business. I highly recommend going in there if looking for your next bike. The other staff were also very friendly and the shop presents very clean and tidy. Keep up your excellent work and service.

After the past 5 years of buying random bike parts from other competitors (of those times them rarely even being applicable to my bike) and hours of fiddling and matching things from youtube because I’ve never been able to find any assistance. I made the choice to try Trek, I was greeted and helped within in seconds and the mechanic (Gavin) asked me questions relevant to my bike to get me what I needed. Later that day I had troubles installing the chain and again, was greeted by Gavin, where he stopped what he was doing and helped me (totally didn’t have to) - this is by far the best shopping experience I’ve had when it comes to something I’m unfamiliar with. I will definitely be back and really appreciate all the team members help

I don’t normally leave reviews but I have been to this store twice now and the customer service is 10/10 so I was compelled to leave a review to help these guys out. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Shoutout to Gavin, and one of the younger lady staff members for a great job. They have an awesome selection of Trek bikes and gear too.

they also serviced, at last minuet, a bike I was donating to a young man that lost his in a house fire... so I know they have big hearts ❤️♥️♥️,
