Ben offered a warm greeting, and Keith was extremely helpful while working on fixing my bike. Service was quick and honest, and I will absolutely make this my primary shop when I am in need of anything.

Great line of designer products and bicycles! Expert and Intuitive customer service and knowledge regarding their Trek line. There was no sales pressure and the staff was not pushy trying to rush us or move inventory. I had a very relaxed experience purchasing my electric bike the second time I returned to the shop to make my purchase!

I attended the fix a flat bike workshop and it was extremely helpful. Ben was an excellent teacher and I now feel comfortable fixing a flat tire if I ever get one. He was very patient with us and made sure that we understand how to do it. If I am in the area again, I will consider buying from Trek.
