Keith was phenomenal! I showed up 5 minutes before closing and he happily stayed 15 minutes after closing to fixe my flat bike tire ! He was fixated me on several things, had excellent customer service and it was all with a smile. What a breath of fresh air! I would definitely recommend and return!

Brought my Trek in for a tune-up and tires. The service department listened to my concerns and made recommendations. They weren't trying to sell me anything just take care of my needs and safe cycling. The staff is extremely knowledgable and were a pleasure to work with. Told me 2 weeks and called me in just a little over a week to tell my Trek was ready to pickup. I've been coming here for 10 years, since I bought my bike, and will continue to come back. THANKS!
