I was having difficulty with repairs done at another Trek location. I called the college park store, the location where I purchased the bike. After a brief explanation to Lee, he reached out to the other store an helped work towards a solution. A couple of days later, still having problems with the other store, John offered his assistance. In the end the problem was resolved. It speaks volumes of the College Park store that they stand behind their customers even when the repairs aren't being done at their store. In the future, I will drive the extra distance to have my bike worked on by this store. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

John and the rest of the service team at Trek College Park do phenomenal work with an appropriate turnaround time. I rely on them to fix and maintain our tandem bicycle and can trust they’ll do a job that allows us to enjoy many carefree miles on the bicycle. I highly recommend the service team.

I needed new tubes for my bike tires. We discussed that the tires should rally e changed too as they were at least 3 years old and not in good shape. I agreed to that and a minor tuneup. The costs were all given to me before they started, they promised the bike to be ready the next day, and I was call the next day to dome pick it up earlier than I had expected. The bike was all cleaned up and looks new. Great job! I would definitely recommend them for service with 5 stars!

From the moment Lee answered the phone I received 5 star service. Even the calls back from Lee to me calling back and speaking with Becka it was 5 star and both sounded happy and appreciative to earn my business. Then I met John when I dropped off my wheels to have serviced hopefully in time for a 100 mile MS Bike ride in Lakewood Ranch 3 days later. And like magic Dustin replaced all the bearings including the free hub body by 3:45 the same day. When I picked them up the following morning I again was greeted with professionalism by Kohn as I came thru the door even though he was with a customer and then again Dustin checked me out with a smile and thank you. This store has definitely earned my business moving forward.

The service team Answered all My questions and had my new bike tuned, prepped and ready go.
I immediately put 20m on the bike and can’t wait for the next 20 .
No buyer’s remorse. Trek was way to go and this store was best place to get it.
Kicks On Me
Lee and Mike were great! I called Trek 3/12/2025 and was trying to describe what type of tire I wanted, but I am no bike expert. Lee was patient, polite and allowed me to come in on my bike. Upon arrival, I met Mike and he educated me on the types of tires, Trek bikes, and even helped me pick one out that I would like to save and buy once I learn more about bike riding and upgrade. Mr. Lee installed my new tires PERFECTLY and swiftly. What an amazing experience. I hope to see them again soon. Thank you both.

Shop employees are incredibly nice and helpful. I came in for assistance with an electric scooter wheel that I needed assistance changing the tire for. I was given a recommendation of a scooter repair shop but they looked at the wheel at Trek anyway. After looking at the tire for a moment, I was able to get the tire mounted on the rim. If I’m in the market for a quality Bicycle I will definitely be utilizing this company.

The sales process was flawless and information provided thorough, Rebecca (the sales rep) was very on point and knowledgeable, offering recommendations and pointing us to the right direction! . I really enjoyed shopping for my daughter’s first Trek. They provided her with a “first bike Certificate” and stickers to customize her bicycle, even offered lessons! Thank you!
