I contacted this office late in the evening after one of my teeth broke. I had read online that they offer emergency services. After submitting a request for an appointment, I received a text message from Dr. Drone we were able to work out a time for me to come in to have my tooth looked at in less than 24 hours. His office staff was super friendly and reassuring. They made me feel very comfortable as I was extremely nervous and anxious. We were able to create a plan of action and I was able to have my tooth filed down so that it wasn’t so sharp. My hygienists name was Celestia and she was very calming and always explained everything she was doing before she would do it. For someone like me who has a fear of going to the dentist, this was the best experience I’ve ever had. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I am a private person and do not like to share my personal experiences/history. For this occasion, I will feel it is necessary to share a bit so that you truly understand how great this Doctor’s practice truly is. I am a veteran with over 20 years of service. I’ve been all around the worst parts of the world and I have always placed myself second to the military. After my last deployment to Afghanistan, I visited Dr Bamsbergers office for nothing more than a check up. Immediately after meeting Dr B. I was asked to go to a quiet peaceful office. In this office I was treated with the utmost respect and love. I was overwhelmed. I have anxiety and I stay clear of crowds alongside of unfamiliar places. At Dr B’s place, my stress was depleted and I felt right at home. Dr B asked me what I wanted to do long term. I wasn’t sure how to respond. Dr B took the lead and told me that he would take great care of me. He did! He never let up. Dr. B spent countless hours planning and preparing for my work. A little back story, I had been through a horrible situation that left me ab normal to say the least. I required special attention and Doctors that could work on my specific situation. Shortly after getting a lot of custom work done, I was mobilized for approximately 14 months. I was gone while Covid hit and soon discovered that Dr B had closed his practice due to his age and vulnerability. Dr B. Had a friend in the field who he knew he could trust. So Dr B. Transferee his patients to Dr Drone’s practice.When I returned from duty I was sad that I could no longer see Dr B. My first visit to Dr Drone’s place, Proved that my recent Doctor set me in the best path of tremendous care. Today was my second visit to Dr Drone’s office. I was extremely comfortable and happy with the staff there. He has a staff of Passionate people that care as much as he does. If you are looking for a comfortable/confident place, Dr Drone’s office should be your next destination. I hope this short review helps, I wrote this evaluation on my phone truthfully. As a new patient, I was welcomed pleasantly by the staff and very impressed by their warmth and helpfulness. I was reassured by the cleanliness of the office and effort taken to prevent the spread of viruses and germs. All staff wore masks and my temperature was taken before I was treated. The surroundings are calming with soft background music. Most impressive is the technology employed to assure that the health of your teeth and gums is optimized. All in all it was an experience that demonstrated the highest level of professionalism.

Dr. Drone and his staff are the best. He has taken great care of my dental needs. He is truly a perfectionist and really is an expert at dentistry. I would recommend his dental talents to everyone who needs help. Everyone is very attentive to your needs and will make sure you are comfortable through the whole process. It is like going to a dental spa.

As always, my dental experience at Dr Drones was top notch! My hygienist, Celestia, does an amazing job. She takes her time and is so patient and thorough. I will say the same about Dr Drone. Dr Drone is the best! My husband broke his temporary crown on Christmas Eve and called emergency # to see what he needed to do until he could come in on a business day. Dr Drone not only had him come in on Christmas Eve night to his office but put in his permanent crown. This is a dentist who truly cares about his patients.
