I ended up picking Michael Drone based on good reviews online (not only highly-rated, but lots of ratings). But the experience was excellent. The friendly staff all introduced themselves to me, I was walked around the attractive building as if I were visiting someone's house, I was given a gift bag and felt spoiled -- it was like I won a VIP pass or was on a school field trip. I'm a pretty easy patient, but they still went out of their way to ask me if anything made me uncomfortable (and I loved that there were "comfort" options to consider on their written in-take form), talked me through every step of the process, and generally made me feel completely at ease. The cleaning went great, and I left feeling very satisfied with my choice. Plus, I love an office where technology is embraced.

Dr.Drone and his entire staff were very warm and welcoming. They explained things so I understood, my anxiety was greatly reduced, and I felt at ease about what needed to be done for my oral health. They listened to my concerns and assured me they would take the best care of me. They aren't pushy about pricey procedures bc they focus on your needs as a patient. Wonderful experience, wonderful staff, and I HIGHLY recommend!

10 years agoHave been going to Dr. Drone since he took over for Dr. Corns - He's completed a dental implant for me and re-done another crown. I also have all of my semi-annual cleanings done there. Full mouth implants take time and someone with expertise in this field. Dr. Drone is kind and understanding. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Gin has been exceptional. The office is very accommodating when making appointments or rescheduling. Overall, Dr Drone exceeds expectations in the quality of work performed.
