From the first phone call with Arlene, I could tell City Moving had their act together. I had this weird moving situation with stuff going to a new apartment, other things going to storage, and then picking up some big furniture from storage to bring to the apartment. Arlene explained the whole process clearly and even gave me an estimate with three guys and three hours. She was upfront about what could happen if we went over the time. When the movers arrived, they were totally on it. They never stopped moving, even when my boxes were all over the place and the labels got mixed up. They worked so efficiently and didn’t mind my last-minute requests. I’m so thankful for their hard work, this move would’ve been a nightmare without them!
