Just wrapped up my move with City Moving and honestly, I was dreading the extra fees that always seem to pop up, but there were no surprises! Everything was itemized clearly, and there were zero hidden costs. The team led by Andres, worked super fast and made sure to carefully wrap all my furniture. From the first phone call with Arlene, I could tell City Moving had their act together. I had this weird moving situation with stuff going to a new apartment, other things going to storage, and then picking up some big furniture from storage to bring to the apartment. Arlene explained the whole process clearly and even gave me an estimate with three guys and three hours. She was upfront about what could happen if we went over the time. When the movers arrived, they were totally on it. They never stopped moving, even when my boxes were all over the place and the labels got mixed up. They worked so efficiently and didn’t mind my last-minute requests. I’m so thankful for their hard work, this move would’ve been a nightmare without them!

We've used this moving company twice now, first when I moved from California to Oahu and again for a local move. Both times, they exceeded my expectations. City Moving handled my antique armoire like absolute pros. I had been nervous about moving such a heavy, delicate piece of furniture, but they took every precaution to make sure it was safely moved from my parent's place to mine. My moving crew was outstanding! They took their time and really made sure everything was packed properly, nothing was rushed. The packers were super careful with all of my fragile items, and the movers were just as considerate when it came to my furniture. They could tell I was feeling a little stressed, and they were so patient and understanding. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and took care of everything without missing a beat. Terri, who works out of the Orlando office, was also a massive help. She really took a load off my shoulders with her excellent coordination and support.
