I found City Moving through a referral in Hawaii. I began working with Adnre in August 2024 while on island. He asked for an itemized list of what I was shipping to give me a quote. Doing my best from memory, I received a quote to ship my belongings from storage. Andre kept in contact with me. Plans changed. I was not ready. He did not pester, send endless advertisements as other companies had and still do. April of 2025, I was ready to ship, and I reached out. I flew back to Vegas and was able to give a detailed, updated itemized list. I chose to drive my belongings to their location in California. The team was so amazing, strong, caring with my items, and fast. Tagging each item, I knew nothing would get lost. I received a call from my point of contact three days later, as well as an email with an itemized photo list of shipped items. I received updates via text message and email throughout the next three weeks. I knew where my belongings were at all times. After my container was released from port, the local team in Honolulu did an amazing job. My belongings are HEAVY. My condo is not the most accommodating for furniture at the moment (one elevator down). City Moving Inc. was happy, worked as a team, and worked quickly. It was much appreciated as I had to leave work to meet them. I recommend 100%.

Everything was going fine until the loading dock randomly closed earlier than it was supposed to. I panicked because I thought everything would be delayed and messed up. But the crew didn’t freak out. They made a new plan and came back the next day like it was no big deal. Andrew, Eric, Ryan, and Jason were total movers.
