We threw this move at City Moving with zero lead time. But somehow, they made it happen without a hitch. Packed up our whole life over a single weekend, coordinated the freight, and made sure our bikes and amps didn’t get so much as a scratch. When we got to Maui, the local crew met us literally the day we got our keys. It should’ve been a total nightmare, but instead it felt like someone hit “fast-forward” on the chaos and landed us straight into a functional home. I still don’t know how they did it.

My moving crew was fantastic! The packers were really careful and took their time to make sure everything was packed properly. The movers were so understanding of my stress that day and were super considerate with everything, especially when it came to my furniture. They were really professional, patient, and answered all my questions. Terri over at the Orlando office was a huge help too, she really took a load off my shoulders. My move-in is still a few weeks away since I'm waiting to close on my new home in another city, but I’m hoping that move goes just as smoothly.

Overall, my moving experience was excellent. The team kept in touch with me throughout the whole process, answered all my questions, and provided all the necessary documents. Even though there was a bit of a delay getting to Florida, they kept me updated and stayed super helpful. I still have a few minor issues to sort out with possible breakage and a missing item, but I’m finishing up unpacking and will be filing claims soon.

City Moving was super fast and efficient with our move, but if something goes wrong or you have questions, good luck getting in touch with them. We ran into an issue where the shipment was way miscalculated, and we ended up having to leave a bunch of stuff behind. The truck driver was freaking out, and none of the reps answered our calls, so we were left to figure it out on our own.

Our entire moving experience was just perfect. After a terrible move from CA to NC a year and a half ago, I was a little nervous, but this company is amazing! Kathie was our consultant, Theresa was our coordinator, and Shayne was the driver. Every single person we interacted with was professional, friendly, and just a pleasure to work with.
