Eduardo and James did an awesome job moving all my boxes into my apartment and even helped me get the cat furniture set up. They were kind, friendly, and professional the whole time. I really appreciated how patient they were, especially since I was dealing with some anxiety during the move. They were also really careful with the doors because my cat likes to escape – and they made sure everything was secure. They got 42 boxes into the apartment, set up, and organized in just 1.5 hours. I’ll definitely be using they again when I move next time!

The packing and loading crew, led by Ramon, was fantastic. Ramon, Sixto, Marcos, and Eric worked together like a well-oiled machine to get everything packed and loaded. We had a few different pickup locations to coordinate, but the guys made it look easy and didn’t miss a beat. I really felt like my stuff was in good hands with them. Big thanks to the whole crew – they were professional and just great to work with!

The entire team at City Moving was absolutely good, from the initial coordination and beyond at every step of the move. Chris was so communicative throughout the whole process, constantly keeping me in the loop. He made sure my things were packed safely and carefully, and honestly, he did most of the packing himself. He treated my belongings like they were his own. I would HIGHLY recommend City Moving to anyone, and I honestly can't imagine moving again without their team. They turned what is usually a super stressful process into a smooth, seamless experience. I was in a 3400 sq ft home, and by noon on Friday, just four days later and 400 miles away, I had most of my new house set up and unpacked. It was incredible. Such a fantastic team!

Had such a great experience with my move! Jessica was a total lifesaver, even when we had some delays on our end with the closing, she still managed to get everything organized and on track. The movers who handled the packing and unloading were super professional and made sure everything was accounted for when we got it delivered. Jessica was always checking in to see how everything was going and made sure things were still on track, which was awesome.

The team was super friendly, polite, and just easy to work with. They made the whole experience stress-free. I’m pumped that the same crew will be handling our move-in from storage to the new house, and I couldn't be happier with that!

Everything went so smoothly with City Moving, from the quote to the communication, packing, loading, and finally unloading at the new place. Honestly, it went better than I expected, and the truck even showed up earlier than I thought it would. I had a bad experience with Move day, my dryer got broken during the move. It wouldn’t work anymore and made a loud banging noise when I tried turning it on. I called the Jacksonville office a few times and spoke to the same woman, but she didn’t seem to know how to handle the situation. She said she’d get back to me after talking to her manager, but I never heard back after multiple calls. I even mentioned I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau, but still no response. Really disappointed with the lack of follow-up.

This was hands down one of the best moves we’ve had. Thomas, Henry, Andrea, and the rest of their team stayed in constant communication and were incredibly organized. They worked fast, kept things neat, and handled both trucks like it was no big deal. Can’t recommend this crew enough serious professionals.

Marky was especially great at reassembling everything quickly, and James and Andy made sure everything was loaded, moved, and placed perfectly. Super efficient and skilled. highly recommend them for more complex moves.

Loren, Chris and Gabby were an incredible crew to have working with us during our office remodel and restack. They were professional, hardworking, and always went the extra mile to ensure everything was in place before they left. They were super proactive and made sure we had everything packed and ready to go. I loved their energy, and it was fun hearing them sing "Footloose" one morning when they arrived. These guys made the job so much more enjoyable, and I’m excited to have them back after the construction part of our remodel is done. Great team, and I’m looking forward to working with them again!

Used them for my employee relocation, and while I was stressed at first with the long lead times for pick-up (2-4 weeks) and delivery (2-4 weeks) since I was moving to another state, Victoria K. was so understanding and worked with me to meet my needs. She made sure I was out of my place right on time (June 29th) despite the challenges, and even managed to get my stuff delivered in under a week instead of waiting 2-4 weeks. If I ever have to move again, I would definitely choose them and work with Victoria K. again. She was awesome.

The crew I worked with was fantastic! They took excellent care of all my stuff, and you could tell they really knew what they were doing. They worked fast, but didn’t rush anything. Plus, they were all really fun to talk to – just great guys all around. I’d recommend them to anyone. Honestly, I'd give them an 11/10 if I could!

The move went really well overall! There was a small hiccup with the billing. I was charged for some extra services that weren't actually provided. Also, the third-party crate company made the crate a bit too big, which caused a few issues with the loading team. But aside from that, everything went smoothly. The team was on time for both pick-up and delivery, and I really appreciated how organized and efficient they were.

I really appreciated the support I got during my military move from Illinois to Virginia. Military relocations can be complicated, but City Moving handled it with care and professionalism.
