Moving from the Midwest to Hawaii felt overwhelming at first, shipping fragile things like wine glasses, paintings, and a massive TV across the ocean sounded like a nightmare. But the movers wrapped everything carefully, labeled every box, and kept an inventory so detailed it eased all my worries. The shipment arrived right on schedule, and the only casualty was a coffee mug (which I honestly don’t even care about). It felt like they treated my stuff like family heirlooms.

I thought they’d show up late, like most movers do, but Mike and Mark were right on time like, to the minute. They got out of the truck, looked around, and just started working like they already knew where everything went. They wrapped my stuff up like it was their own, and nothing broke. The whole move was way quicker than I expected, and they kept things easy and chill the whole time. I don’t think I’ll ever use another moving company again.

Our stuff ended up weighing way more than the original estimate, and no one picked up when we tried calling for help. The driver was stressed, we were stressed, and we had to figure it all out ourselves. Not great.

They didn’t get annoyed or stressed, they just made it happen. Carlos also jumped in to help, and between the three of them, the whole move felt totally under control. Great crew.
