We scheduled a move in April, and it was estimated at 3 days (2 for packing and 1 loading). The movers were supposed to show up between 8 and 10, they showed up at 815 with a crew of 6. I walked them through the house letting them know what was going to be packed, what stayed, and the high value items. They took notes, called me ‘sir’ and had everything packed and in the truck by 1215 (the same day).

Had a fantastic experience! The team of four that came were punctual, fast, and friendly. They made sure to handle all my things with care and got everything packed up and moved in record time. My new place is on the third floor, but they didn’t slow down, even with the heavy lifting. And, while the cost was a bit higher due to some fragile pieces, it was absolutely worth it to know everything arrived safely.

No move is ever totally stress-free, but having City Moving handle it made a huge difference. The crew, including Jerom, Larry, Pekelo, and Zander, were all incredible. They took great care of our things, were super organized, and were just genuinely nice people. Their professionalism and attitude made the whole experience much smoother than I expected. These guys had the perfect vibe: relaxed but totally on it. They wrapped and packed like pros, and I basically just sat back and let them do their thing. Even when things ran long and we had to swing by a storage unit, they stayed upbeat and never once looked annoyed. They even kept me updated the whole time, which really helped calm the usual move-day chaos. 10/10 would move with them again.

Movers were quick, no doubt about that, but getting someone on the phone afterward was a whole different story. The shipment ended up being way bigger than they initially estimated, and guess who had to figure out the rest of the details? Us. Our truck driver was freaking out, and Suddath didn’t pick up the phone. Not great. A little frustrating to sort things out on our own when we were expecting better support.

They were focused and professional the whole time, took excellent care of my things, and even set everything up just where I wanted it. Can’t believe how smooth it went. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better crew!
Last but not least, Ramon V. deserves a special shoutout for going above and beyond with the packing. He made sure everything was packed like it was his own stuff, and that level of care showed. And Carlo worked super hard too, these guys were amazing. Couldn’t have done it without them!

If you want your move to go as smoothly as possible, go with them. They were great from the moment I called, giving me all the cost details upfront so I wasn’t hit with any surprises. Jose and his team showed up on time and moved everything from my two-bedroom apartment in less than 3 hours. I had been nervous about moving such a heavy, delicate piece of furniture, but they took every precaution to make sure it was safely moved from my parent's place to mine.
