The packers were super careful with all of my fragile items, and the movers were just as considerate when it came to my furniture. They could tell I was feeling a little stressed, and they were so patient and understanding. They walked me through the entire process, answered all my questions, and took care of everything without missing a beat. Terri, who works out of the Orlando office, was also a massive help. She really took a load off my shoulders with her excellent coordination and support. This move had a lot of moving parts, literally. I had to split my stuff between a storage unit and my new house, and I was really nervous about it. Especially my backyard greenhouse, which has fragile glass panels and specialized shelving. But these guys totally nailed it. When we got to Albuquerque, everything arrived on time and in perfect condition. They even helped me place my heavier items exactly where I wanted them, which made settling in a lot easier. Yeah, the cost was higher because of the extra work, but it was totally worth the professionalism and care they put into the move.
