I’m so glad we hired City Moving for our move. We’ve moved a few times in the past, but this was the first time everything went smoothly. The movers were friendly and efficient, and they really seemed to care about doing the job right. We had no idea who to trust for our move from Mililani, Hawaii to Texas, but my son recommended City Moving, and they did NOT disappoint! I packed most of my stuff myself, but they made sure things like my speakers and pictures were extra secure. When we got to Texas, the delivery guy even placed everything where we could easily unpack it. Super professional, super kind, and overall a really smooth move. A few tiny things got damaged, but that was totally on me for not packing them better. If you need a solid moving company, call City Moving!

I’ve moved a lot over the years, and let me tell you, this was by far the best moving experience I’ve ever had. The entire City Moving team was fantastic, but Chris? Absolute rockstar. He kept me updated, packed my stuff like it was his own, and made sure the whole process ran like clockwork. Moving usually sucks, but City Moving made it so easy! We moved all the way from the Midwest to Hawaii, and I was seriously worried about stuff getting broken. But the only thing that didn’t make it? A coffee mug. No big deal. We shipped wine glasses, paintings, bikes, a giant TV, an Xbox, and even our Keurig, everything arrived perfect. The movers wrapped everything up super well, labeled it, and kept track of it all. Plus, even though shipping over the ocean seemed like it would take forever, our stuff showed up right on time. Ken gave me a clear and accurate quote so there were no surprises. Brenda took over from there, making sure I was informed at every step. On moving day, Kevin and Dan showed up right on time, packed everything quickly and carefully, and delivered everything right on schedule, without a single damaged item!
