Overall, my experience with City Moving was a mix of positives and a few negatives. The movers did a great job, but I did deal with some furniture damage and a slow response to payment issues. They eventually responded and tried to make things right, which I appreciated. That said, better communication and faster resolutions would definitely improve the experience. It wasn't perfect, but they made an effort to fix things, so I can’t be too upset.

Awesome job, team! My move from Kauai to San Diego started off a bit rough, the truck was about 30 minutes late because of a flat tire. At first, I was kinda annoyed, but the team kept me updated and calmed my nerves. When they finally got there, James and Carlos jumped right into action.
