From the very first phone call to book the move to the delivery of our furniture, everything went perfectly. Davina handled the sales side and was super helpful, ensuring that all my concerns were addressed. Lea took charge of the coordination during the move, and she was just amazing, always on top of things and keeping me updated. Johnny, the driver, and his whole team were also fantastic, they knew exactly what they were doing and made sure everything was done professionally and on time. It was such a smooth and seamless experience. Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better team.

I have moved 4 times in the last 5 years and was by far the BEST moving company that I used!!!! They were on time, extremely professional, nothing was damaged, prices were competitive, and they finished in record time! They estimated 5 hours and it took them 4 hours which was fabulous because I was under a time constraint. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be using them for any future moves.

I’ve moved more times than I care to admit, and City Moving was hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. From the minute they arrived, I could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. They were fast but so careful with everything. My favorite part was when they maneuvered a huge bookshelf around a corner with zero damage which is pretty impressive. They even asked about the best places to put things in the new house, which made the whole unpacking process much easier. The crew was polite, fast, and efficient. I’ve moved more times than I care to count, and James, Mike, and Ryan from City Moving made this the best moving experience I’ve had by far. They worked quickly but never rushed through things. Packing and loading crew, led by Ramon, was fantastic. Ramon, Sixto, Marcos, and Eric worked together like a well-oiled machine to get everything packed and loaded perfectly. We had a few different pick-up locations to coordinate, but these guys made it look easy. The packing team wasn’t the best, only one of them spoke English, which made communication a bit tricky at times but we managed. Despite this, the unpacking team was absolutely perfect. I’ve been through a few relocations, but this crew of unpackers was hands-down the best we’ve ever had. They were fast, courteous, and honestly hilarious, which really lightened the mood during such a stressful time. They even went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up just the way we wanted. I have nothing but positive things to say about this team. They were professional, friendly, and quick! They wrapped up and moved all my stuff from my condo in less than 4 hours, which was seriously impressive. Once we got to the new place, they helped set everything back up and made sure everything was in perfect condition. Jose’s team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were respectful, genuine, and really wanted to do a great job. Also, the office team was incredibly helpful and responsive, even when I had to change my plans last minute.
