They were extremely responsive and helped me figure out parking permits ahead of time, which is something I hadn’t even thought of. The team arrived right on time and was all smiles, ready to get to work. They moved all my heavy furniture with ease, and even made sure my fragile art pieces were packed and transported with extra care. At the new place, they helped unpack and even set up the TV for me! Honestly, it felt more like I had a few friends help me move than a professional crew.

The move went very well overall, but there was a small hiccup with billing. I was charged for some extra services that weren’t actually provided, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the third-party crate company made the crate a little too large, which caused a few minor issues during the loading process. Despite these bumps, everything else went smoothly. The team was punctual for both pick-up and delivery, and I really appreciated how organized and efficient they were. They made sure that everything was well-packed and handled with care. I’m confident that, despite the billing mix-up, they still did a great job with the actual move.
