I had pretty high hopes for City Moving, but honestly, I was let down. They promised to be experienced, but their handling of my stuff, especially my valuable electronics, was really disappointing. They didn’t seem to care much about packing them safely, and it showed. I was expecting better care and attention, especially with pricier items.

Moving all the way across the country was definitely stressful, but working with Carlo, Joaquin, and the City Moving team made it way easier. Gary was super helpful and patient the entire time, answering all my questions. Sadly, a few fragile items did get damaged, and the insurance didn’t quite cover everything, which was disappointing. But overall, the move went pretty smoothly, and the service was great. Just wish the fragile items had been handled a little better.

Everything went super smoothly with my move. We had a few stops to make for pick-ups and drop-offs at another location, which could’ve been tricky, but the guys were really fast and efficient. They were quick on their feet and handled everything with no issues. This is actually my third time using City Moving, and they’ve been amazing every time. I’ve moved a bunch of times, but Marcus and Felicity were definitely the best team I’ve worked with. They showed up early, worked fast, and were so careful with all our stuff. They even noticed some important papers I left in a drawer and made sure I had them before they left. They asked if there was anything else I might’ve missed, too. From start till end of my move, this company exceeded my expectations. I called them with specific concerns about moving a large piano and a few fragile heirlooms. Jen listened carefully and assured me they’d handle everything. On moving day, their team arrived with all the necessary equipment, including padded blankets and straps. They meticulously wrapped each piece, taking their time to ensure no damage. Watching them maneuver the piano through a narrow hallway was like seeing a well-rehearsed performance.
