I was honestly so impressed by City Moving. From the moment I called to schedule, everything felt seamless. The movers showed up on time, and right away I could tell they were professionals. Had all the right equipment to protect my furniture and were super careful with everything. They even went the extra mile by wrapping up some of my delicate items that I hadn’t thought to protect. The move was super quick, and I was honestly shocked at how smooth the whole thing went. They even followed up with me afterward to make sure I was happy with the service. We can't tell you enough good things about City Moving. They showed up 15 minutes early, got everything packed into the truck in no time, and handled everything with care. My furniture was heavy, and I was worried about them dragging it up three flights of stairs, but the crew was fast and professional with no issues at all. I walked them through the house letting them know what was going to be packed, what stayed, and the high value items. They took notes, called me ‘sir’ and had everything packed and in the truck by 1215 (the same day).

My new place is on the third floor, but they didn’t slow down, even with the heavy lifting. And, while the cost was a bit higher due to some fragile pieces, it was absolutely worth it to know everything arrived safely.

These guys had the perfect vibe: relaxed but totally on it. They wrapped and packed like pros, and I basically just sat back and let them do their thing. Even when things ran long and we had to swing by a storage unit, they stayed upbeat and never once looked annoyed. They even kept me updated the whole time, which really helped calm the usual move-day chaos. 10/10 would move with them again.

The shipment ended up being way bigger than they initially estimated, and guess who had to figure out the rest of the details? Us. Our truck driver was freaking out, and Suddath didn’t pick up the phone. Not great. A little frustrating to sort things out on our own when we were expecting better support.
