This team is top-tier. They arrived right on schedule, and you could immediately tell they were seasoned professionals. The whole crew was friendly, but more importantly, they were efficient and incredibly careful with my belongings. Two of the movers, Sio and Heman, totally impressed me. They delivered 2,400 pounds of steel tubs over a tough dirt patch, and it would’ve been totally acceptable to just leave them near the road. But these guys didn’t stop there, they went above and beyond, hauling the heavy load through dirt and gravel using a dolly, all without me even asking. They were dedicated and put in way more effort than expected. That level of commitment deserves 5 stars for sure.

I recently hired this team for a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom move, and I can’t say enough good things. They showed up right on time, worked professionally, and communicated with us throughout the whole process. It’s rare to find such a smooth moving experience, but they made it happen. Plus, they offer a military discount, which is a nice bonus. Highly recommend this company for anyone moving on Oahu. Truly the best moving experience I’ve had in Hawaii!

They made my move a lot easier. Team was on time, friendly, and careful with my belongings. They did a great job overall. However, I did notice a few scratches on the railing and some dirt on the carpet from the moving cart. Not ideal, but not a dealbreaker. I’d give them a call again for future moves!

I don’t usually write reviews, but Jon and the team at City Moving really impressed me. They had to do double the work because the truck they had couldn’t even get into our apartment complex. So, they unloaded into a U-Haul and brought everything back. And this wasn’t a first-floor move either, our place is on the second floor. Jon just kept at it without slowing down. I seriously can’t say enough good things about City Moving. Everything about the process was smooth and easy. Booking was a breeze, and when I needed to reschedule last-minute, it took literally 3 minutes. They moved three pianos for me and wrapped them up so carefully. Every little detail was taken care of, and they even protected the floors.
