I was super impressed with the professionalism of the crew, especially Roldan, Aleta, Isabela, Ramon, and Catalino. They were really focused on the little things and made sure everything went smoothly. The delivery crew was awesome too, super nice and professional. Unfortunately, some of my more fragile items got damaged during the move, and the insurance didn’t fully cover the loss, which was a bummer. But overall, the team did a great job.
