I found it really positive to have that in person experience when so much is done online these days, and the team here are all just so lovely, which really took a lot of the stress out of a loooong process. Our purchase has not been smooth and took around 7 months in total - but I can honestly say Nichola and Deborah have been so fantastic and the genuinely the best part of the whole process for us.
