We had a brilliant experience with Francis Grimley who works from the Wellington Place branch in Belfast city centre. Having heard good reviews about Francis' work, we reached out on social media and he replied straight away. From the first message, we knew Francis was the broker for us. He was straight talking, extremely knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly, as we were first time buyers and didn't know how the buying process went at all. We sale agreed, and within 9 weeks had our keys. What could be a daunting experience was made seamless through the hard work that Francis put it. Francis was always available, even after hours, and we couldn't fault his service at all.
