We were in a terrible position our rental property was being sold and we had 8 weeks to find somewhere to live for us and our 4 children. We had tried multiple lenders to try and get a mortgage even some charging massive money in interest and fees everyone had said no.
We contacted the mortgage shop as they were local and realistically our last hope.
From the first call Phillipa Frazer was like an angel sent from the heavens, she talked us through different options and what we needed to do not only to get a mortgage, but to insure our families future, no question was stupid, no time to talk was out of the question. In 8 weeks we went from staring homelessness in the face to completing the purchase of our first family home.
Throughout this whole time Phillipa was understanding thoughtful and empathetic to our situation and rather than seeking to judge us as so many others had, she sought to help. Without her I am not sure that we would have survived the minefield of a complex home purchase, and without her we would not be where we are now.
