Stephen has been nothing short of fantastic. We got our first mortgage and insurances through the Mortgage Shop, he was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the intricacies involved in house buying that we may have missed, particularly useful for a first time buyer.
It was evident that he had taken the time to review each of the mortgages and helped us select the most suitable option. He was also extremely transparent with the payments his organisation would receive when we had selected which mortgage and package we would prefer.
