Just settling down after an extremely busy few weeks and almost forgot to say a big thank you to Stephen and The Mortgage Shop Woodstock Road. Looked after us from start to finish in what I'd deem a complicated process, they kept us right at every stage. Stephen went above and beyond to get the process completed and I'm very thankful to have went with them. From new mortgages to finding the best rates for an existing mortgage, these guys know what they are doing. I'd been to 2 mortgage/financial advisors previously and found the experience underwhelming, uncomfortable, tedious. I decided to phone The Mortgage Shop, Adam Liddell answered and my opinion of mortgage advisors changed from that point. I couldn't have asked for a more professional, courteous person who has gone out of their way to help provide excellent advice, get me a better mortgage deal than others were offering and doing it with what feels like minimal effort on my part. I had an amazing experience with The Mortgage Shop! Everyone I spoke with was lovely however I need to give a special shout out to Grainne! Right from the very first phonecall she was polite, knowledgeable and down to earth. As a first time buyer she put my worries at bay by making everything easy, laying it out step by step.
