I can’t speak highly enough of Debbie my mortgage advisor, from the very start she was so helpful in her expertise and guidance. She really went the extra mile to help whilst I was having difficulty with a move in date, which had been put back on numerous occasions. Debbie was able to sort out an extension to the mortgage and liaise with solicitors and builders on my behalf, this was so helpful. I always felt Debbie was so patient, she was with me every step of the way and regularly kept in touch. Debbie went above and beyond, her service exceeded my expectations. I really think without Debbie I would have walked away from the sale. I’m so glad that I completed it and I’m now very happy in my new home. Having a mortgage advisor who genuinely cares about their clients means a lot. I really can’t recommend Debbie highly enough to anyone considering getting a mortgage.
