Me and my partner had no hope of buying our first home this year, I was on furlough and my partner was self employed after being made redundant from his full time job and only had a few months of books. Even though we had return to work dates we knew the chances were slim to none but we had to try. Highly recommended Stephan for anyone looking for a mortgage, me and my partner bought our first ever home back in February. We opted for co ownership. Stephan was a great help with this he got all the paperwork in order for both our mortgage application and co ownership application he talked us through each stage as we progressed. He even got us set up with a solicitor. Stephan was very professional and did a brilliant job at pushing it through as fast as he could despite solicitors, estate agents etc working from home due to the pandemic.
