Highly recommended Stephan for anyone looking for a mortgage, me and my partner bought our first ever home back in February. We opted for co ownership. Stephan was a great help with this he got all the paperwork in order for both our mortgage application and co ownership application he talked us through each stage as we progressed. He even got us set up with a solicitor. Stephan was very professional and did a brilliant job at pushing it through as fast as he could despite solicitors, estate agents etc working from home due to the pandemic.

James is one of the friendliest, straight talking people you could meet.
After being “messed around” and fed lies by another mortgage advisor in the area, I contacted James and the approach was like a breath of fresh air.
On top of this, during the buying process, right up until move in date, James has kept a vested interest in this and has been a LOT more communicative than a well known estate agent in cookstown. I would absolutely recommend James to anyone, they will be in great hands, James has your best interests at heart and can also help with home and life insurance etc
