I could not recommend the mortgage shop enough. I phoned on a whim one morning, and luckily Debbie answered the phone! From start to finish, the whole process has been so easy and that has all been down to Debbie. She is amazing at what she does, so professional, and understanding and genuinely cares about her clients. Not only did Debbie secure us our mortgage, (within 2 weeks of us first meeting!) but she continues to support us. (right down to taking the time to call me and reassure me constantly along the way!) Ryan in the Dunmurry shop was really helpful and easy to talk to. I was remortgaging and he gave me sound advice and got me a brilliant deal. I had my own ideas when I went to see him but he explained everything so well that I took his advice and got the best mortgage for me. Having spent a long time trying to get a mortgage sorted with our bank we tried phillipa as an alternative to see if we could get some thing better and quicker without all the hassle of dealing directly.
