Used The Mortgage Shop for our purchase as first time buyers, and I’m SO glad we did!! We got a great rate, and Nichola explained everything so clearly. I found it really positive to have that in person experience when so much is done online these days, and the team here are all just so lovely, which really took a lot of the stress out of a loooong process. Our purchase has not been smooth and took around 7 months in total - but I can honestly say Nichola and Deborah have been so fantastic and the genuinely the best part of the whole process for us. The communication and service provided here is excellent - rare, even. 11/10 would recommend to everyone, and a big thanks to you both ❤️

When I walked in his office I was very apprehensive as a single parent, single applicant and first time home buyer but he made me feel at easy because of his incredible knowledge.
