As first time buyers, my wife and I were a little inexperienced with the whole procedure. Speaking with Kathy, though, at The Mortgage Shop, Ballymena, put our minds at ease. She was brilliant, professional and personable. We had to go through 2 lenders before we got accepted by a 3rd. It was a stressful couple of months getting it all sorted but Kathy was determined and blasted on to finally land us with a mortgage. I can't thank her enough for her help. Would highly recommend.
