He obviously knows his way around the market and got us a fantastic fixed rate deal.
I only had to make 3 visits and “job done” including my life insurance( which was another good value for money product).

I can't rate Linda and her team highly enough. The Mortgage Shop had been recommended to me by friends, however as a first time buyer in a temporary job I was really unsure of what my chances were of getting a mortgage. I had a meeting with Linda and she was able to explain the process from start to finish and gave me an idea of what I could afford. As I'm on a temporary contract she took the trouble to phone around a few banks business managers to seek guidance and what type of mortgage suited me and if they wanted additional work. I went out and viewed houses for a couple of months until I found the one I wanted and was able to outbid the other bidders. I moved into my dream home just a couple of months after. Linda was great at keeping me informed of everything and on the ball with everything required. Once I had the sale agreed, Linda took care of everything for me with the mortgage and assisted with getting me house insurance and life insurance. I can't thank her enough.
