We were welcomed from the minute we arrived. We didn't know what to expect or even if we could get a Mortgage at this stage so we were abit anxious, our Mortgage Adviser Damien McKenna introduced himself and he put us at ease straight away. We would have been lost without him during the whole process. Every step of the process was explained and any questions we had were answered. We got great advice on the Insurances and policies that we needed. The Mortgage Shop were brilliant and YES we got our house. Would highly recommended them. Thank you Damien.

I can't recommend Michael enough. I went in to meet with him anticipating a long and complicated process but he made the whole experience so straightforward. Within a matter of days I had a mortgage offer! I also felt like I could ask him questions and he would be honest and upfront. His communication both via email and phone was excellent and he kept me informed throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. He is also very welcoming and forthcoming with complimentary coffee!
