Honestly couldn’t rate Michael highly enough. As a first time buyer, Michael made the whole process seem like a walk in the park for us. The idea of getting a mortgage and buying your first home can be very daunting. Like most people I am sure, I was uncertain as to whether or not I would even get approved for a mortgage however after my initial meeting with Michael I was filled with confidence and left feeling very optimistic. Within a week we had our offer accepted on our dream home. Things have moved faster than I ever could have anticipated and Michael has dealt with everything on our behalf.
