The Service i received from Kathy in the mortgage shop was 1st class. Nothing was to much trouble for her. My mortgage was slightly different from the norm and it was also a 1st time mortgage but still kathy was able to sort everything out for me. One of the nicest ladies who wasn't long started at the company. The mortgage shop are very lucky to her as part of their team. The whole process was pretty plain sailing. Had a great service from a Michael in mortgage shop Bangor. I enquired in early January for a mortgage and as a first time buyer expected months of waiting, confusion and stress. Michael was great at explaining the various products and the process and less than three months later I had mortgage approved and keys to a new home.
Michael truly is an expert in his field and I can only describe his level of detail and service as exceptional. He is always at the end of the phone/email and is very responsive to any queries. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else for a mortgage service and I look forward to returning to Michael when it is time to re-mortgage.
When the mortgage was sorted Michael also helped in organising appropriate insurances and again he was able to arrange these quickly and at a great price. Agnes was a life saver for me. From arranging evening appointments due to work, sorting out all the small details for our application. The part we are most thankful for was the fact that she completed more than one mortage application for us due to circumstances out of control.
Agnes also sorted out insurance so we can can sleep easy at night knowing every thing will be okay.
The icing on the cake is that fact she still calls every now and and again whether into my work place or on the phone to see how the house it.

Terry was fantastic.
My wife and I stumbled a couple of times trying to buy our first house - but Terry was patient, professional and extremely understanding. It took us over 1 year to finally go sale agreed on our property - that's the level of commitment, hard work and care that Terry showed!
