Having been turned down for a mortgage in the past due to affordability with having two young kids we went to see if Michael could help us. Within days of taking our details and going to the lending market Michael had us an agreement in principle. Shortly afterwards we found the home we wanted and Michael had the mortgage application submitted to the bank, 2 months later we have just received the keys to our new home.
I cannot recommend Michael enough for the work he did for us, being a broker he has access to multiple lenders and can speak to them on the customers behalf, to iron out any queries the bank may have, something that if you deal with them directly may lead to an instant refusal. Michael is able to discuss the issues with the bank and act for the customer in explaining each individual customers circumstances to the bank to iron out any potential issues the bank may raise with the application.
The lenders Michael goes to are both High Street names and more niche lenders that if you go looking for a mortgage alone you may not be aware of, they also offer competitive repayment rates and terms.
Michaels service has been truly excellent, he certainly does go the extra mile and we have reaped the rewards and are now moving into our brand new home.
He also helped us to get great value life insurance to cover the mortgage amount just incase the worst should happen.
