The story of buying our first property might be one to live in infamy, but without Ryan Rooney I can honestly say we would never have succeeded.
Ryan came to the rescue after our first mortgage advisor never bothered to look through our records and filed wrong information. Ryan was able to save the day and find a new lender and get us a better deal!
We made another rookie mistake of choosing the wrong solicitor and created even bigger drama. Again, Ryan saved day.
Buying a home is an extremely stressful experience, I cannot express strongly enough how great Ryan has been. He was amazing from start to finish, gives expert advice and is beyond trustworthy always looking out for your interests with I would never think of moving/buying another property without him!
