The fact that the Mortgage Shop is fully independent enabled Kelli to compile a full financial package that was individually and specifically tailored to suit our needs. This package included our mortgage and various other life insurance and investment products. Kelli explained everything clearly and kept in touch with us every step of the way. We, to be honest I, have tested the patience of Fiona on numerous occasions and at every opportunity she has been there to talk to us and offer any assistance she could to help us move things forward. I myself can be very hands on and I like to be fully involved at all times. We feel we were fully afforded ever opportunity throughout the entire process (3 x Purchase Attempts), to be involved and were encouraged to ask any questions which arose.
The initially purchase we were angling for was far from straight forward and the Mortgage Shop had direct contact with lenders, to determine if the purchase was even viable. We were offered over and above the services we expected / would have received had we approached the lenders directly.
For the minimal fee, the sheer amount of face-to-face consultations, email support and peace of mind you receive is substantial.
We would highly recommend the utilisation of services offered by the Mortgage Shop for your next house purchase.
