We are moving out of state, so we were even considering an EasySell sale so that we could sell as quickly as possible. Lydia Tavares convinced us that because of our home's sales potential we would do much better if we did a listing instead. We put our house on the market, Lydia gave a single private showing and a 2 day open house and managed to negotiate a sale within a few weeks. Due to Lydia's selling expertise and her excellent negotiating skills, we were able to close well above our asking price, better than we expected within several weeks.
