Chris was honest from day 1 and helped me prepare each step of the way. He went above and beyond in all aspects of the home selling/buying process. If I needed help cleaning, or minor repairs, etc. Chris had a guy ready to step in and get it done. That goes for having great connections for mortgages, attorneys, etc. Even minor things like bringing a cage so my cat was secure during Open Houses. Chris was highly responsive and even if I felt bad calling him during the occasional late hour he was always available. Just a great guy who I enjoyed getting to know while going through everything. I assume Chris is representative of the rest of CityLight if so I can’t give them a high enough recommendation. You’ll get knowledge and dedication from someone who knows the area well.

Jody has done an amazing job listing and selling my townhouse. She is well familiar with the local market and came up with the optimal strategy and listing price to attract as many potential buyers as possible. Staging the house was a very important part of the strategy. She invited a professional stager that transformed the space into a much more desirable and comfortable place to live. The photos done by a professional photographer showed the house from the best angle and helped attract more buyers. What Jody is best at is negotiating. As we had multiple offers, she was able to negotiate both the highest possible price and best conditions of the deal. Also Jody has a great team that helped with closing the transaction: coordinating smoke detector inspection, getting the final water bill and making sure I had all the documents ready before the closing. I was very satisfied with the process, experience and the results and would definitely recommend Jody and her team to anyone planning to sell or buy the house.

I decided to sell my house and called City Lights to get a feel for the process and the market. Saul Sanchez came to my house and I liked him right away. He explained the process to me. I explained that I wasn’t quite ready to sell but when I was ready I would call him and when I was ready he came back and we went over everything again. Saul put his all into the sell of my home. He helped me get contractors for the repairs that needed to be done and even some things he did himself. He did at least 17 open houses and he sold my house for asking price. I highly recommend Saul if you have a property to sell. He does his best on every level and follows through with all the details. If I had another property to sell I would call Saul. He gets the job done and doesn’t disappoint. Thank you Saul.

Going with City Lights and Christine Rich was the best choice we could have made. From our first meeting my husband and I both knew we wanted to go with her. Our first attempt to put the house on the market didn't happen. We ended up waiting until the following spring. In the meantime, Christine was not pushy at all! She would check in periodically and tell us to just let her know when we were ready. When we finally did it, she was right there right on top of everything she chose the perfect photographer/videographer and decided on the perfect listing price. Of course like everyone else we believe our house is worth top dollar, but in our case we got it! Christine is also an animal lover and a cat wrangler! During the open house the cats got outside and she was concerned that when people started coming they might get run over. She grabbed the cats and held on even though one bit her! She called me and said she got them! We had a bidding war with multiple offers and the number we wanted, we got. Her assistant, Jenna Voisine, kept us on track for everything we needed to do throughout the entire process. We would not have known what to do otherwise. They are an incredible team.
