I also work in the high-end meeting and events industry and am very aware that it is wildly important to ensure that: (1) your clients have the necessary information to make informed decisions (whether small or big, like purchasing a house); and (2) that their expectations are established appropriately and met. Christine Rich exceeded in both aspects.I was referred to Christine by my sister, who Christine helped sell one of their homes, and buy another. Christine came highly recommended, and my husband and I had high expectations. The amount of effort and time Christine put into walking us through the process is unbelievable. From the first day we spoke, Christine spent time walking us through the big picture from everything from the mortgage process through closing. From there on out, Christine was always available to provide us with the information that we needed (or didn’t need, but needed for my sanity) – every decision we made, small or big, mattered to Christine. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we need to make those decisions, but we developed a relationship with Christine built on trust and we trusted her – and knew we were being guided by the best. Mainly because, as first-time buyers, we didn’t know all of the right questions we should be asking (to be honest we had no idea what we were doing) and Christine would always be available for my endless calls and texts – answering all of my questions (and easing concerns at times), which made us feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. From an expectations perspective, I don’t know how Christine does it. As first-time home buyers, we were not sure what to expect, what was good or bad, or a deal-breaking, etc., Christine was always so sincere and provided her own perspective of different aspects of each home that she thought would be relevant to our decision making based on what she had learned about my husband, our dog, Penny, and me. We truly appreciated Christine’s input and relied on it heavily, especially when making competitive offers in this market. Christine was invaluable to us during this process making it as easy and stress-free as possible. At times there is nothing you can do to elevate the stress of this process, but Christine consistently went just above and beyond. Christine didn’t make us feel like it was our Real Estate Agent helping us, she made us feel like a team. Overall, I would strongly recommend Christine to anyone looking to buy a home, especially if they are first-time homebuyers. I would trust Christine with my eyes closed. Christine’s attention to detail and level of time and dedication to her clients is outstanding.
