Absolutely five stars for Jim Reed! From start to finish, he made selling my Massachusetts home an incredible experience. His personable nature and deep knowledge of the real estate market made me feel supported every step of the way. Jim was incredibly patient and always accessible, promptly responding to my questions and concerns.
His due diligence in determining the listing price was impressive—he suggested a price that was higher than I expected, and it paid off! When I found my new home on a Monday, Jim wasted no time. He had my property listed by Wednesday, and by Thursday, we received a solid offer that I happily accepted on Friday.
Jim also connected me with an outstanding lawyer, which made the entire process seamless. I was driving cross-country on the days leading up to closing, and Jim took care of the buyer walkthrough, keeping me informed the entire time. Even the buyer praised Jim's professionalism!
I can't recommend Jim Reed enough. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated real estate agent, look no further!

I would 1000% recommend working with Jody Geany. I planned to sell direct and I am very thankful that I got connected with Jody. She's straight forward, professional, trustworthy. She was critical in finding a buyer who met all my conditions and assisted me with a fast, cash, as is close. She helped me understand the process. Excellent communication and on top of everything. I really hit it off with her. She is the opposite of the slick sales talk and over promising. Very professional and calming which is needed during a close. I am grateful that I partnered up with her. Mickie Cosme is the single greatest agent on this planet. I reached out to her way in advance, and she was patient and humored me in learning my taste, budget, etc. and building a relationship of trust. Then, when I more urgently needed a house ASAP and texted her at 2:00 AM, she responded later that morning with my dream house. We toured it that afternoon (4:30), made an expertly crafted offer that evening (6:00) and it was accepted at 10:00 AM the following day, So in terms of "I want a house, now," it took her 32 hours to get me my dream home! I also trusted all of her recommendations re: inspectors, mortgage officer, lawyer, etc. and am so glad I did! She told me "I've got people for everything," and I fully plan on utilizing her network forever! Great, honest people - which makes sense if you know Mickie. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!
