I am extremely satisfied that I chose to work with Chris LeBlanc and CityLight Homes for the recent sale of my home in Winthrop MA. I ended up doing their fix then sell option as it would allow me to sell my home for the most amount of money of all the options available. They brought all of their professionals to do the work needed and I didn't have to pay anyone until my house sold. They managed the whole project and did everything from painting, carpentry, electrical, sheetrock and finish work, cleaning service and more. They finshed ahead of schedule, Chris got my home sold for top dollar and ultimately they helped me make $115k more than i would have if I were to sell the home in as is condition because we made the home move in ready for the new buyers, i was essenitally able to flip my own house with their resources, it was great and easy!
