So I guess my first review didn’t go thru but Christine rich is so awesome I have no problem making a second review. Words cannot describe the experience my husband and I had with Christine. Kim was exceptional, highly recommend! We attempted to sell our house on our own but it was not going well until we had Kim list our house. She made many great suggestions on how to improve our house prior to it being listed. She had professional pictures taken that were outstanding and was available whenever we had a question and negotiated the price very well, getting substantially over asking price and a lot more than we could have gotten on our own.
