Saul Sanchez was simply amazing! Coming into the current market to buy my first property I had no idea of how things worked and the timing of everything. I spoke to Saul and told him what I was looking for. He focused on what was more important to me (space, location & budget) and he went to work the very next day, he was realistic about pricing and made sure I stayed within my budget. Saul was friendly, patient and always followed up after every open house or offers we made. He answered all my questions and called to just check in. He worked around my schedule and if he was not available, he would go to see the property within 24hrs if I was interested. I cannot thank him enough for all his hard work.
