Steven went above and beyond my expectations. Steven made the process of selling my condo very easy and totally stress free. Steven advised me what I needed to take care off prior to putting my condo on the market and he was 100% correct with all of his suggestions. In addition, the condo was staged so beautifully that the new owners bought some of the furniture that was used for the staging and furnished the rest of his new condo same as the staging - doesn't get better than that! I can’t say enough of how grateful I am and I highly recommend Steven and his team to anyone I know that needs a dependable and knowledgeable realtor – Steven is your guy!

I have had the pleasure of working with Steve Belesis on a number of transactions. He is actually the realtor who has gotten me started with building my real estate portfolio and I now have 3 properties thanks to him! Steve is THE MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE REALTOR I HAVE EVER MET. He knows every aspect of the real estate business including (but not limited to) the markets, the assessed values, the construction process (including construction costs), how to calculate the R.O.I and the CAP rates etc etc. Steve goes out of his way for his clients and goes above and beyond what a normal real estate agent does. He has helped me make certain financial decisions with regards to construction projects for my homes and has made sure that I was getting a good deal from the contractors. Anytime I had any issues with water in my basement, my pipes bursting, or my HVAC system not working he immediately knew what the problem was and was able to point me in the right direction on how to remedy it. When I was purchasing a property, he would provide me with a FULL cost analysis report that outlined what the return on investment and CAP rate were which made me feel even more comfortable with him and reassured me he was THE REAL DEAL. There were times where I absolutely loved an investment property, but Steve would run the numbers and tell me that the numbers didn't work (that it was overvalued) and told me not to pull the trigger. I am so grateful to have such a great person guiding me with my real estate journey. As a small time entrepreneur just starting out, I often refer to Steve as my Trusted Advisor. I do not make any decisions without his approval- that is how much I trust him. I can honestly say that the reason why I have become successful in life is because I have him in my corner. He comes from a very strong family unit with a very strong moral compass and that is VERY HARD to come by these days. I TRUST HIM WITH MY LIFE! Jody is the best! She knows the market and the sweet spot to get the best response for the listing price. I was a little hesitant with the listing price, but she assured me that offers would come in well above. She couldn't have been more accurate! Well above is an understatement.
