Just passed my exam on the first try with freedom trail realty school! It's nerve-wracking to go into the exam room but when I saw that the questions were exactly like the practice exams, my mind was immediately at ease (as much as it could be!).
Being able to complete the courses on my own time with the on demand and live classes was super convenient, although I did prefer the live classes because you're able to ask questions to a live human and other students interact too.
The course really does give you all the tools to pass the exam and it was helpful that there are multiple ways to study with reading the study guides, listening to the audio guides, doing the exam cram practice questions, and taking the full practice exams.

I used Freedom Trail to get my brokerage license in Massachusetts. Their content is very organized and their site is easy to use. I also liked their study materials and their staff was very helpful whenever I had questions. Everything was online but the state requires that half of the classes be taken live with an online instructor.

The instructors broke down complex concepts in a way that actually made sense, and I felt genuinely prepared going into exam day. Worth every minute. I loved the real estate class by Freedom Trail Realty School.
And I'm not just saying that for this review.
The experience of learning about the ins and outs of real estate was at first overwhelming and at the same time fun; the instructors made learning interesting, not boring, and doable on a real-life schedule.
What I found most useful was both the MA State study guide, the National Study guide and all of the practice exams.
In my opinion, everything in both of those study guides, along with the practice exams, and a firm commitment with yourself to study is all anyone needs to pass the real estate license test.
Of course, I'm me and you're you, yet that's all I did - read the study guides, take handwritten notes while I was reading, and take the practice exams with all of the math equations and found it very easy to take the real estate test without worrying if I missed anything.
I felt confident (albeit a bit nervous) while taking the exam - the questions are tricky, yet if you know the concepts, the answers come easy.
I'll continue to take courses from Freedom Trail. Thanks.

I was a student of Freedom Trail Realty School starting early July. I was able to complete the course rather quickly due to the hybrid offerings. The live learning modules were helpful but the practice exams and review sheets were clutch. Study study study. I invested about an additional 60 hours of studying with the practice exams taking them over and over again. I passed my first attempt both National and Massachusetts. Thank you Freedom Trail Realty School. I now work for Atlantic Properties as a Commercial salesperson.
