I hardly ever write reviews but I seriously cannot recommend Freedom Trail Realty School enough. Obviously being able to take a course online is super convenient, especially as a mom with 2 small kids, but being able to go back into my archives and review what I may have missed was beyond helpful. Will, Gloria, and Jenny were amazing instructors who went the extra mile to answer every question and explain concepts even if it meant the class ran long. I passed my exam with relative ease and will definitely being coming back to Freedom Trail when its time for me to take my continuing ed courses for renewal!

I enrolled and completed the course in about a month! I had some issues with timing/getting my certificate in time for a potential job and Will was very helpful and responsive and got it to me very fast! The classes were great as well as the customer service and support. The practice tests were VERY helpful and I felt very prepared to take the test about a week after receiving my certificate. Thanks to Freedom Trail Realty I passed both sections on the first try!! I would recommend Freedom Trail to anyone looking to get their moneys worth and then some out of the Mass Real Estate Course! Thanks Will and the Freedom Trail team for a spectacular experience!!

I took an online class this past month and couldn't be happier with the results. Let's be honest, we want to find the best option online with the best teachers and most navigable platform. Well freedom trail realty offers that. I learned a lot and MOST important I passed the test on the first try. Freedom Trail Realty School provides online classes with the necessary flexibility to those with busy schedules. The Salesperson requirement is a 40 hour pre-licensure course that prepares each student for the Massachusetts RE State exam. I found the instructors for the live on-line classes to be very knowledgeable, interactive and fun! Yes, I just said fun! The school also provides self-study and test preparations modules that further prepares you for the examination. After passing the exam, I had many new questions about getting started and Will delivered! I can't say enough, Will and team are always there to help! If you are serious about becoming a real estate salesperson, then I recommend taking the real estate pre-licensure class at Freedom Trail Realty School.

Absolutely loved the efficiency, communication, and the course ! I am a RI resident and due to life stuff was not able to do an in class room, so went through Mass and so happy I did. I had a lot of questions before, during and after, but Will and his crew were amazing. I received my certificate on time for my exam (I scheduled it ahead of time to save an early spot). The course is not 100% self study as there is a requirement for certain scheduled courses. But the courses are on a consistent schedule. Super happy and grateful to Freedom Trail Realty School for their expertise, guidance, and being Awesome ! Such a positive and uplifting vibe throughout the teachers, and excited to see what they continue to roll out. Cheer and thanks !

I had an overall terrific experience with FTRS. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They know the industry well and will answer any and all questions you have, right up until minutes before your exam! I sat for my exam feeling prepared and confident (and I passed!). Management cares about who they hire as teachers and take every student concern seriously. This is one of the top realty schools in the state, and I highly recommend it!

If you are even just considering going for your RE salesperson license, go no further than FTRS! You can take both live classes (Skype-like sessions) and archived classes to complete the 40 hours. In addition, there is a lot of test prep that leaves you feeling confident and prepared to sit for the exam. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and takes every student concern seriously. The personable approach and overall staff knowledge is what makes this school so great.

The combination of live on-line classes, self-study, and test prep are a winning combination that let me proceed at the pace that was right with me. The staff was always friendly and professional, and they were always willing to answer questions and help out when I needed an extra hand in areas that I found challenging.
Their test prep is amazing. I think that it’s extremely comprehensive. The way that they structure the questions isn’t just about memorization but is also about your ability to think critically to come up with the correct answers – even for the questions I found on the state exam that might be described as “trick word questions”.
For the on-line classes and archive sessions, I think that the “class slides” are invaluable additions to the notes that I took during classes. It was very helpful to be able to log on, review a class, and download the slides that the instructors created in collaboration with the students’ questions.
I highly recommend Will and the entire team at Freedom Trail Realty Group to anyone who is considering entering the field of Real Estate licensure.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Most obviously, the fact that you can take a course online is a great convenience. But most importantly, the class is truly amazing. Will is a great dude with a great business, and he has hired some wonderful instructors who really know the ins and outs of the real estate exam, and exactly how to teach it. In addition to this, students who make use of the online class resources available to them (such as practice tests, study guides) will really ensure they nail the exam. Will is a rockstar teacher who is incredibly knowledgeable and truly a great teacher. I found out a large number of people fail the test on their first try. Not I! Because of the training I received from Will at Freedom Trail Realty School, I passed the exam in about 75 minutes and received my license right on the spot. I noticed others at the testing center who appeared to have not passed the exam, and I couldn't help but think to myself that they should have gone to Freedom Trail Realty School! I really enjoyed the classes and the online, on-demand study modules along with the live sessions are fun and really informative. 5 stars! Thanks for setting me up for success Will!
