I enrolled for the NH Salesperson 40 hour course on April 7, 2024 and as of June 5 (today), I have my NH license. The live, virtual classes were fantastic, paced just right, and filled with all of the concepts you’ll need for the exam. I had 4 different instructors, and they were all extremely knowledgeable and able to convey the material in a consumable way with real world experiences to back it up. The resources that the school provides you WILL give you what you need to pass. I would recommend this school to anyone looking to pass the National and NH State exam!

Was really impressed with this company. A nicely run operation with an effective, easy to use online training platform.
Follow their recommendations on study techniques, content, length, etc and you will pass. Memorization is not enough to pass the exam. You must fully understand the concepts. Good luck & thanks FT Realty!

Honestly the way to go if you want to pass the real estate exam in MA buy the peak package and complete it as they suggest for the pass or don’t pay guarantee and you will for certain pass the exam i did it this way and passed my first try, after trying with another school in 2020 and failing after studying for months i was very discouraged to try again but freedom trail really is the best course designed to help you pass, if you do it they way they intend you to you will be ready for the exam without a worry and that’s really what you want out of one of these courses best of luck to anyone looking to get their license!
