I took the condensed four day class and though the information was like drinking from a fire hose at times, Will and his team of instructors kept the information relevant and interesting. I was impressed with the quality of the class and how well it prepared us for the exam. (I passed first time) I would recommend FTRS for anyone who is interested in getting their real estate license in the Boston area.

I just completed The Weekend crash course at freedom Trail! What an experience! I was not looking forward to going since it was 4 10hr days! But I tell you, once the class started it was amazing. I thought it was going to be all lecture. Nope. Hands on and very interactive! The program was very well put together and was communicated effectively! Will and Gloria was nothing short of amazing! When I write a review I usually leave a suggestion. My suggestion would be for anyone wanting to start the courses to take them at Freedom trail!!!

Will and his team are very knowledgeable instructors and provided plenty of real-life examples to help us better understand the course material. The on-line practice tests were a huge help in studying for the exam. This is a great program for anyone interested in getting their real estate license.

I hardly ever write reviews but I seriously cannot recommend Freedom Trail Realty School enough. Obviously being able to take a course online is super convenient, especially as a mom with 2 small kids, but being able to go back into my archives and review what I may have missed was beyond helpful. Will, Gloria, and Jenny were amazing instructors who went the extra mile to answer every question and explain concepts even if it meant the class ran long. I passed my exam with relative ease and will definitely being coming back to Freedom Trail when its time for me to take my continuing ed courses for renewal!

I enrolled and completed the course in about a month! I had some issues with timing/getting my certificate in time for a potential job and Will was very helpful and responsive and got it to me very fast! The classes were great as well as the customer service and support. The practice tests were VERY helpful and I felt very prepared to take the test about a week after receiving my certificate. Thanks to Freedom Trail Realty I passed both sections on the first try!! I would recommend Freedom Trail to anyone looking to get their moneys worth and then some out of the Mass Real Estate Course! Freedom Trail Realty School provides online classes with the necessary flexibility to those with busy schedules. The Salesperson requirement is a 40 hour pre-licensure course that prepares each student for the Massachusetts RE State exam. I found the instructors for the live on-line classes to be very knowledgeable, interactive and fun! Yes, I just said fun! The school also provides self-study and test preparations modules that further prepares you for the examination. After passing the exam, I had many new questions about getting started and Will delivered! I can't say enough, Will and team are always there to help! If you are serious about becoming a real estate salesperson, then I recommend taking the real estate pre-licensure class at Freedom Trail Realty School.

Absolutely loved the efficiency, communication, and the course ! I am a RI resident and due to life stuff was not able to do an in class room, so went through Mass and so happy I did. I had a lot of questions before, during and after, but Will and his crew were amazing. I received my certificate on time for my exam (I scheduled it ahead of time to save an early spot). The course is not 100% self study as there is a requirement for certain scheduled courses. But the courses are on a consistent schedule. Super happy and grateful to Freedom Trail Realty School for their expertise, guidance, and being Awesome ! Such a positive and uplifting vibe throughout the teachers, and excited to see what they continue to roll out. Cheer and thanks !

I had an overall terrific experience with FTRS. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They know the industry well and will answer any and all questions you have, right up until minutes before your exam! I sat for my exam feeling prepared and confident (and I passed!). Management cares about who they hire as teachers and take every student concern seriously. This is one of the top realty schools in the state, and I highly recommend it!

If you are even just considering going for your RE salesperson license, go no further than FTRS! You can take both live classes (Skype-like sessions) and archived classes to complete the 40 hours. In addition, there is a lot of test prep that leaves you feeling confident and prepared to sit for the exam. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and takes every student concern seriously. The personable approach and overall staff knowledge is what makes this school so great.

For the on-line classes and archive sessions, I think that the “class slides” are invaluable additions to the notes that I took during classes. It was very helpful to be able to log on, review a class, and download the slides that the instructors created in collaboration with the students’ questions.
