I enrolled with Freedom Trail Realty School to take the required 40-hour pre-licensure education for the MA Real Estate Salesperson exam. It was a big step for me as I am over 50 and attempting to transition careers into real estate. The combination of live on-line classes, self-study, and test prep are a winning combination that let me proceed at the pace that was right with me. The staff was always friendly and professional, and they were always willing to answer questions and help out when I needed an extra hand in areas that I found challenging.
Their test prep is amazing. I think that it’s extremely comprehensive. The way that they structure the questions isn’t just about memorization but is also about your ability to think critically to come up with the correct answers – even for the questions I found on the state exam that might be described as “trick word questions”.
For the on-line classes and archive sessions, I think that the “class slides” are invaluable additions to the notes that I took during classes. It was very helpful to be able to log on, review a class, and download the slides that the instructors created in collaboration with the students’ questions.
I highly recommend Will and the entire team at Freedom Trail Realty Group to anyone who is considering entering the field of Real Estate licensure.

Freedom Trail Realty School is by far the best option for real estate education. I could not have asked for a better experience. Most obviously, the fact that you can take a course online is a great convenience. But most importantly, the class is truly amazing. Will is a great dude with a great business, and he has hired some wonderful instructors who really know the ins and outs of the real estate exam, and exactly how to teach it. In addition to this, students who make use of the online class resources available to them (such as practice tests, study guides) will really ensure they nail the exam. I would recommend this class to anybody looking to become a real estate agent in the state of Massachusetts. Thanks Will!

Will is a rockstar teacher who is incredibly knowledgeable and truly a great teacher. I found out a large number of people fail the test on their first try. Not I! Because of the training I received from Will at Freedom Trail Realty School, I passed the exam in about 75 minutes and received my license right on the spot. I noticed others at the testing center who appeared to have not passed the exam, and I couldn't help but think to myself that they should have gone to Freedom Trail Realty School! I really enjoyed the classes and the online, on-demand study modules along with the live sessions are fun and really informative. 5 stars! Thanks for setting me up for success Will!

By the last day a group of us got lunch together. William, our teacher was incredible. He explained everything clearly and made learning fun and interesting. He was patient with our questions and was awfully helpful with not only how to study for the test but with real life situations we may come across. After the class he opened up the online program for us so we could continue our studying with the aid of on-demand classes which I found incredibly helpful! It was a lot to take in 40 hours all at once but after 20 hours of outside the classroom studying, I was able to pass my exam first try. I was confident going in because Will had prepared me for everything I needed to know. Also now I have Freedom Trail Realty School as a reference for helping me find a real estate brokerage that is perfect for me with all their online resources and help. I highly recommend this school! The online classes were excellent. The quality of teaching outstanding. Will was able to include the students attending online by promptly answering all our questions, even during his live classes.
