Crash course available, book is easy to read. Instructor is amazing !!! There are a lot of practice tests, I passed the 1st try have had multiple closings ever since. If you are thinking about getting licensed I would absolutely recommend Freedom Trail Realty School.

Freedom Trail Realty School is a first rate operation. While being very thorough, they present the material in a way that you actually understand it. Will Henchy is a phenomenal instructor and made each class enjoyable. I passed the license exam the week after school concluded solely do the Freedom Trail. Highly recommended.

This is the 3rd reality school I attended in the past 12 years not that the others were bad but I just never felt confident in taking the state exam and allowed my certificates to expire. I knew it was time to finally finish what I started and found Freedom Trail Reality School. I was happy that they had an online program that allowed me to complete at my own pace. It took me less than 3 weeks instead of 10 weeks. I received my certificate the day after it was mailed on the 16th studied all my materials over the weekend and decided I was ready schedule my test on Sunday and took it on Monday the 19th. I am happy to say I passed the 1st time. I think learning at your own pace definitely help in my confidence. Doing this once a week over 10 weeks left me with to much room to doubt myself. Will and his team at Freedom Trail were great. I took most of my classes with Ed due to my schedule and goal to complete. I recommend the 50 hour course as it gives you extra time to practice. I had 4 hours left on the platform when I was finished. I purposely saved them in case I didn't pass so I would have more study time but I didn't need it. Thank you Freedom Trail I finally finished what I started 12 years ago.

I took a 4-day course in classroom last Thursday and passed the salesperson exam yesterday, I can't believe it! I have to say Will is a really helpful and patient teacher, and the book is really relevant to the exam, I remember more than 95% of the questions in the exam can be found answers in the book, but you really need to memorize those points on the book well. I highly recommend this school for those who want to pass the exam ASAP. I made it even though English is my second language, I believe everyone can make it too :)

I took the online classes and I loved it. I was working full time and it gave my the flexibility to take the classes when I could. Will did an amazing job making sure you really understood the material and you could review segments later if you needed. i LOVED the practice test. I would recommend this 120% as I believe this is why I passed the first time. The practice test really prepared me for the real test.

I participated in Freedom Realty School's online course during March & April 2017. The class schedule offered the flexibility to allow me to perform the duties of my full-time job and complete the 40 required hours on nights and weekends over the span of 3 weeks. Will and the other instructors, are great. They keep the material simple and have the personality to keep you engaged.Additionally, the practice tests and questions offered by the program were extremely helpful and accurately mirrored questions asked on the actual exam. I passed both the national and state sections on the first try. All in all, I highly recommend taking the course if you are serious about obtaining a real estate license.

This review is for the online realty classes (50 hour access). Will and crew were nothing short of amazing. The curriculum can be pretty tough and at times yawn-worthy (especially having 0 financial background), but they make sure to present each topic in a way that both keeps you entertained and wanting to learn more. You aren't a number or a dollar sign here, Will even personally hand wrote a thank you/good luck card with my course completion certificate. Happy to say I passed the test on the first go! If you're looking to get into real estate, look no further!

My husband and I both took classes from Will at FTR in 2014 and 2015. As well as continuing education credits. As folks have mentioned Will's teaching style is clear, concise and tough. His tests during the class make you work for every answer and feel like you failed at times. Which is honestly the best thing he could do for everyone. The tests are much harder than the state exam which helps people pass more easily. It also encourages people to ask questions and learn to be an agent before stepping foot into the office. The most important thing about FTR is the passing rate on the test. I've heard other agents or potential agents groan about how many additional hours they had to study or re-learn items for the test. Not only did I take the test within a week, 2 years later I can still explain a lot of the terms I learned in Will's lessons.

These guys are great. I was looking for an online platform with an in-class feel and they definitely met my expectations. Will was great too. He made otherwise nuanced material easy to understand with nice illustrations and simple ways to remember key points. I would recommend these guys without hesitation to anyone who is considering getting into real estate.

Will was a GREAT teacher. I did the crash course for 2 weekends on top of a full time job and the weekend classes were actually very enjoyable. He has a way of teaching that is very approachable and fun, even on the driest of subjects. HIGHLY recommend Freedom Trail Realty School for the salesperson class!

If you are looking to get your real estate license then I highly recommend taking classes through Freedom Trail Realty. The instructor Will was super knowledgeable and made class time both interesting and enjoyable. Some of the material can be dry and boring but he managed to explain everything in clear and simple terms. I studied for about 4 days after the class was finished and then took the test and passed on the first try. Because the class was so helpful, I did not see the need to overstudy/cram before the test since I had retained most of the information that was taught during class time. Highly recommend this class for anyone looking to get into real estate!!!

Completed the weekend (4 days/ 10 hours each day) course in June '16 and I highly recommend it! Although the days were long, Will did a great job teaching the material in a way that kept us all engaged. His stories are hilarious and relevant - and helped a lot when recalling the material during the exam. I just passed the exam on the first try and felt confident during the test thanks to this course.

I didn't really know what to expect going in to my first class... Was it gonna be some stuffy old dude reciting a bunch of boring facts? Will is a super chill youngish guy, something that made me instantly feel comfortable. He was very knowledgeable in the field explained things really well, and made sure we all understood the concept before moving on to the next. I liked the way he taught, he explained concepts through stories, drew visual pictures, and even cracked jokes lol all of which were super helpful in retaining the crazy amount of info. It was 40 hours but he definitely made it manageable, productive, and sorta fun. If your looking for a school go here very happy with my choice

I HIGHLY recommend Freedom Trail Realty School to any person of ANY AGE thinking of pursuing a career in Real Estate. After years of being out of a classroom setting; Realty School seemed intimidating to me at first. It took 25 minutes with Will, and I was engaged, interested and felt confident that I was capable of getting my license. Not only did Will make class interesting, but he made sure with the use of multiple teaching techniques that all of us in class could really grasp the lessons. After 1 session at FTRS and an extra few days to study; I passed the test on my first try and have been a licensed Real Estate sales person in MA since last November.
